Hotel Management Leadership Programme – 18 Months

Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh is offering an 18-month Hotel Management Graduate Programme designed to build future leaders in hospitality. You will rotate across departments, supported by a mentor and programme sponsor, with early exposure to duties of a Duty Manager and a pathway to a permanent role.

You will join a structured learning journey, combining work experience, off-the-job learning and self-study, with development support from industry professionals.
