HR Operations Lead – Generalist

Aquinas College in Stockport is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor (Generalist) to take full operational ownership of day-to-day HR processes, lead the HR team, and ensure smooth transactional workflows.

You will manage general employee relations casework, oversee administrative workflows, and maintain SCR compliance in line with KCSIE frameworks, reporting to the Director of Personnel.

Salary scale £35,395–£39,957 FTE; 37 hours per week. Closing date: 28 September 2026.
