Adaptations Project Lead – Hybrid, Social Housing Impact

Wirral Council is seeking an Adaptation Technical Officer within the Home Adaptations & Improvement Service of Housing Services. The role focuses on delivering grant/loan funded home improvements and adaptations, working at pace to achieve high standards, and autonomous as well as team-based collaboration.

The successful candidate will negotiate, design, and monitor schemes, ensuring CDM compliance and timely delivery for vulnerable Wirral residents, with training and support provided.
