Network Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 – 42,000 per year

Requirements

• Enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support
• LAN/WAN experience
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs knowledge
• Experience with switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking qualification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi‑Fi issues
• Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
• Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments
• Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations
• Configure and support network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless solutions
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records
• Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery
