People-First Shop Manager — Growth & Monthly Bonus

Pilpel in the City of London is seeking a happy, responsible leader to manage one of our vegetarian restaurant shops. You will lead the team, deliver consistently high service, and grow with us through a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, about 45 hours per week, with a salary from £30,000 yearly plus a monthly performance bonus. Experience isn’t required; we value energy, communication, and strong people skills.
