The role
You’ll work with a broad portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for servicing and developing accounts while delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and workers.
What you’ll be doing:
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
• Selling service solutions and championing the Pertemps brand
• Handling inbound enquiries from prospective and existing workers
• Carrying out business-to-business sales, including telesales and onsite activity
• Interviewing and selecting Industrial candidates
• Managing key accounts, including a rotational on-call requirement
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in sales and recruitment sales
• Confidence building rapport and speaking with new people
• A proactive, tenacious approach to winning new business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to learn new systems and recruitment compliance processes
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality of service
• Confidence meeting clients face-to-face and developing new accounts
• Basic IT skills across Excel, Word and Outlook (full training provided)
