An exciting opportunity for a senior-level Fire Engineer to step into an Associate Director role with a respected and forward-thinking consultancy 🚀. You’ll lead technical delivery across a range of complex and high-profile projects in the UK and internationally, helping shape the future of their fire engineering division.

Your Role
• Lead fire engineering design and technical delivery across multiple projects
• Oversee QA, technical reviews, and project standardisation
• Mentor and develop engineers and graduates
• Drive innovation, R&D, and continuous improvement
• Build and strengthen client relationships
🧠 What You’ll Need
• MSc (or equivalent) in Fire Engineering
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards
• Significant consultancy experience
• Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills
• Passion for mentoring and driving technical excellence
