We’re delighted to be partnering with a well-established boutique financial planning firm in Cheltenham to appoint a Paraplanner who is ambitious to progress into a Financial Adviser role.
This is a genuine growth opportunity within an experienced, close-knit team. You’ll work closely with senior advisers, gain meaningful exposure to clients and meetings, and develop your skills across the wider financial planning and advice process.

We’re looking for:
- Experienced Paraplanning background, ideally within a financial planning environment
- Good understanding of the financial planning and advice process
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or CISI), or currently working towards it
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach
- Genuine ambition to progress into a Financial Adviser role
