PRIVATE CLIENT PARALEGAL – WOLVERHAMPTON
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Lexcel Accredited Solicitors Practice and Estate Agency, based in Wolverhampton City Centre, who are looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join their busy and supportive Private Client Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client professional looking to develop their career within an established and friendly practice.
The Role
The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience within Private Client and will manage a varied caseload covering:
• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Probate
• Estate Administration
You will manage matters from initial instruction through to completion, provide a high level of client care, and ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration matters
• Take instructions and provide clear advice to clients
• Prepare and review legal documentation
• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, executors and third parties
• Maintain accurate case records and correspondence
• Manage deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
• Work collaboratively with other departments
• Attend client meetings at homes and hospitals where required
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
✅ At least 5 years’ Private Client experience
✅ Strong knowledge of Wills, LPAs, Probate and Estate Administration
✅ Excellent communication and client-care skills
✅ Strong organisational and time-management abilities
✅ Excellent attention to detail
✅ Experience with legal case management systems
✅ The ability to manage multiple matters effectively
✅ A clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
