The Role:

As a mid-to-senior Solicitor, you will manage a diverse, high-quality caseload of residential property matters. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient practitioner who is passionate about delivering excellent client service and eager to play an active role in the team’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: Independently manage a broad portfolio of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Business Development: Actively participate in networking and business development initiatives to help expand the firm’s regional and national presence.
• Collaboration: Work alongside senior leadership on complex, high-profile real estate matters.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Ideally 4–6 years PQE, though applicants just outside this range with relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply.
