Hands-On Manufacturing Engineering Lead – Composites

WF Tech in Gloucester is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to drive the engineering and tooling capability in the plant. You will lead hands-on engineering work while growing a technical team and ensuring production readiness for new products.

You will shape manufacturing methods, tooling, documentation and quality controls, collaborating with Operations, Design and Supply Chain in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
