Strategic Treasury & 30-Year Planning Accountant

Red Kite Community Housing is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to lead the 30-year Group Business Plan, model scenarios, and monitor cashflow. You will ensure timely submission of regulatory data to RSH and manage quarterly finance surveys, while maintaining asset registers and reporting to senior management.

The role requires a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with 5+ years post-qualification experience, advanced Excel, and experience in social housing regulatory returns.
