EMEA Revenue Enablement Program Lead

Cohere is a leading security-first enterprise AI company hiring a Sales Enablement leader to scale programs across EMEA and beyond. You’ll design, roll out, and measure enablement initiatives in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you’ll build certification paths, define KPIs, and drive ROI through MEDDPICC-aligned training and global content evolution.
