Venture Capital Legal Counsel: Transactions & Growth

Octopus Group seeks a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support Octopus Ventures’ investment activity. You will lead venture transactions, support portfolio company matters and exits, and manage external counsel to scale legal delivery across ventures.

Reporting to the Lead Venture Legal Counsel, you will partner with investment teams, founders and management while promoting strategic legal initiatives and the use of AI tools to improve workflows.
