Global Renewable Energy Contracts Counsel

Envision Energy in London seeks a qualified lawyer to draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements in renewable energy and infrastructure projects, with exposure to equipment supply, EPC/BOP, service contracts and long-term arrangements.

You will work closely with commercial, sales, project, finance and technical teams across the UK and Europe, provide contractual risk assessments, advise on regulatory and certification matters, and support external counsel as needed.
