Lead Data Engineer – Hybrid, Azure Data Platform Lead

Orbis Group is seeking a hands-on data platform lead to own the design and execution of the firm’s data platform, working directly with the CTO. You will drive architecture, modernize systems, and lead a small data engineering team with senior stakeholder exposure.

The role requires strong experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and data engineering, with a focus on regulatory fintech considerations and AI-enabled data design. Based in the UK with 2 days travel to Bristol HQ and remaining time WFH.
