Employment Associate – Leading International Firm – 3PQE+

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Employment Associate (3+ PQE) to join a highly regarded Employment team at a leading international law firm in London.

You’ll advise major employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, combining strategic advisory work with complex disputes and support on corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising employers on day-to-day and strategic employment issues
• Handling employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims
• Supporting on workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Advising on restructurings, redundancies, TUPE and the employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Building strong relationships with clients and working closely with colleagues across international offices

About You

• 3+ years’ PQE in Employment law
• Trained at a well-regarded law firm with strong technical grounding
• Experience advising employers on contentious and non-contentious matters
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
