Traveling Clinical Lead & Regional Deputy Manager

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the region and support care homes, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and service.

You will act in the General Manager’s absence, drive care standards, supervise audits, ensure regulatory compliance and develop strategies to improve resident outcomes. The role requires an RGN/RMN with current NMC registration, and mentoring qualifications.
