Senior Practitioner – Lead Practice in Adult Social Care

Semester.co.uk is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join Herefordshire’s CAAsT Locality Team in Adult Social Care, based at Hereford. This locum role pays up to £32.67 per hour (umbrella) on an initial 3-month contract, with a 37-hour week and a May 7, 2026 start date.
