Engineering Manager – Essex Multi-Site Manufacturing

Tate Recruitment is partnering with a well-established manufacturing business to appoint an Engineering Manager for three sites in Essex. You will lead the engineering function, drive reliability and continuous improvement, and work directly with the Operations Director to shape engineering strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in multi-site manufacturing, and hands-on management of safety, budgets and projects. On-site across three Essex sites with 60k–70k salary.
