Talent Acquisition Lead – End-to-End Hiring & Sourcing

Loungers is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end management of priority vacancies across our 300+ sites and HQ. You’ll source candidates directly, build pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a welcoming candidate experience.

Beyond direct sourcing, you’ll help strengthen our recruitment model for the future, support Recruitment Partners and site teams, analyse data to improve attraction, and ensure smooth ATS operations and budget
