Serco is transforming its Finance function to support future growth and is building a UK-led Global Finance Services (GFS) Hub. The Finance Manager will own end-to-end Record-to-Report for the UK division, overseeing a mixed onshore and offshore team and driving standardisation, control and continuous improvement across 80 contracts and 2.4bn revenue.
