Hybrid Asset Strategy Manager: 5–30 Year Plans

West Midlands Housing Association seeks an interim Asset Strategy Manager for a three-month contract in the West Midlands. The role is hybrid: two days in the office and three days working from home.

You will develop asset strategies for 5-, 10- and 30-year investment programmes, work with asset, housing, finance and procurement teams, and use Excel and asset management software (Total Mobile) to inform decisions.
