Digital Content & Growth Lead

Plimsoll is seeking a Digital Lead to develop and execute content strategies, drive channel growth and craft engaging video and digital content. You will work with senior leaders to shape multi-platform distribution, audience growth, and commercial pitches for partners and commissioners, ensuring the archive and back catalogue are monetised across platforms.

You will lead end-to-end digital production, test ideas on YouTube and social platforms, and use analytics to inform creative and revenue
