Legal AI Engineer — Innovation & Practice Lead

Jameson Legal Tech is seeking a proactive legal engineer on a permanent, full-time basis. The role targets a qualified lawyer with 4+ years PQE to bridge the innovation and practice teams and maximise value from new legal tech and AI tools.

You will design AI-enabled workflows, support firm-wide technology adoption, and govern responsible AI while collaborating with partners, knowledge lawyers and litigations/transactions experts to deliver practical legal tech solutions.
