Hard FM Service Manager for NHS Hospital, Bristol

Rydon is seeking an experienced Hard FM Service Manager to lead a small in-house maintenance team on a prestigious NHS hospital contract in Bristol. You will ensure reactive calls and planned preventive maintenance are managed to meet SLA and KPI targets.

Reporting to the contract manager, you will drive service improvements, ensure statutory compliance and coordinate specialist subcontractors when needed, while maintaining focus on quality and cost efficiency.
