BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES MANAGER – UK
£30,000 basic + uncapped commission | £65k–£75k+ Year 1 potential | Six-figure potential within 18 months | Equity opportunity
Due to continued growth, Tom is looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Manager to help us grow the platform across the UK.
Scotland is our initial market, but this is a UK-wide growth role from day one.
The hard part is already built: systems in place, marketing in place, and thousands of contacts (buyers and sellers) already in our CRM.
Now we need someone who can turn that opportunity into revenue.
The Role
This is a sales-led role.
You’ll win new sellers, sign up serious property buyers, build your own pipeline and turn relationships into business.
You’ll be prospecting, networking, presenting, closing and representing Tom at property events, auctions, investor meetings and industry networking events.
Who We Want
You’ll ideally come from estate agency, property sales, sourcing, investment or a similar commercial property background.
We care less about qualifications and more about your network, track record and ability to close.
What You Get
£30,000 guaranteed basic + uncapped commission from day one.
Strong performers should be capable of £65k–£75k+ in year one, with the potential to build towards six-figure annual earnings within 18 months.
There is also an equity opportunity for the right person.
Where It Can Go
This is not just a regional sales role.
The initial focus is Scotland, but the plan is to grow quickly across the UK, with a clear route to Head of Business Development, building and leading regional teams as Tom expands.
The Setup
UK-based, with Scotland preferred as the initial market focus.
This is a hybrid, outward-facing role with regular travel to networking events, auctions, meetings and industry events across the UK.
You’ll be expected to spend time where the market is — not behind a desk.
