Registered Manager in Children’s Residential Care

Are you an experienced Registered Manager in Children’s Residential Care looking for your next opportunity?

Levora Outsourcing is currently recruiting for Registered Manager opportunities across multiple locations in England:

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Experience managing a Children’s Residential Home
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & Quality Standards
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or equivalent/relevant qualification
• Strong safeguarding and compliance knowledge
• Experience supporting children with EBD, complex needs or trauma
• Proven leadership and staff-management skills
• Ability to drive positive outcomes and maintain high standards of care
• Already Ofsted registered or have successfully completed the Ofsted registration process? We’d especially like to hear from you.
