Asset Care Lead – FMCG Plant Maintenance & Leadership

Warburtons in Enfield is seeking an Asset Care Lead to lead a team of six day-based Engineers. The role involves roughly 70% hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance, and collaboration with the Group Engineering Manager to deliver the Asset Care Strategy.

You’ll ensure planned and preventive maintenance across processing, packaging, and site services, using SAP for maintenance planning, and you will develop the team’s training and performance reviews while driving reliability improvements.
