Overview
In this role you support project teams through admin and coordination tasks, helping to keep priorities and deadlines aligned. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth delivery of power transmission projects. The role combines independent initiative with collaborative teamwork, across locations in Ayrshire when required. You will contribute to efficient administration while supporting project delivery and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordinative support to project teams
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
- Support travel and logistics for project locations
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Travel to Ayrshire project locations as needed
- Utilise MS Office 365 to prepare documents, reports and presentations
Key requirements
- Administration, project support or coordination experience
- Highly organised with strong multitasking and deadline management
- Ability to work independently with initiative and sound judgement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative mindset to support the wider team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel to Ayrshire locations when required
- Full UK driving license
