Overview

In this role you will support executive governance and leadership activities, coordinating Board and committee actions and producing high-quality briefing materials. You will work across senior teams to ensure timely governance outputs and provide insights to aid decision-making. The opportunity blends stakeholder engagement with process improvement to sustain efficient governance at scale. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end management of Board and Group-level committee actions, tracking outputs to closure
  • Prepare, review and consolidate executive briefing materials from multiple teams into clear recommendations
  • Oversee timely production of leadership outputs including executive meetings and engagement activity
  • Build relationships across senior leadership support teams to align priorities and identify risks early
  • Analyze information from multiple sources to support decision-making and provide executive insight
  • Support continuous improvement of governance, reporting and business support processes

  • Excellent communication for clear executive briefings and presentations
  • Strong critical thinking to identify themes and priorities
  • Data literacy with ability to interpret information and derive insights
  • High accountability and organisational skills to manage competing priorities
  • Experience in decision-making and influencing stakeholders to achieve timely outcomes
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or governance processes
  • Knowledge of governance processes and committee management in large organisations
