Nights Senior Care Assistant – Lead Care Team

St Philip’s Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant Nights at Pittendreich Care Centre. You will lead a team to deliver the highest standards of care, support the Manager, and promote resident independence with person-centred planning.

You will participate in ongoing training, ensure confidentiality, and manage daily care tasks, including safe medication delivery, moving and handling, and daily hygiene support within a friendly team.
