Social Worker – Adult Safeguarding – Birmingham

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adult Safeguarding team in Birmingham. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults within our community. As a Social Worker in Adult Safeguarding, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans for adults at risk.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
• Investigating safeguarding concerns and implementing necessary interventions.
• Providing guidance and support to individuals and their families.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Experience in adult safeguarding and working with vulnerable populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied caseload effectively.
