Compassionate Community Support Worker (Autism & LD)

Avon Support Ltd in Leamington Spa is seeking energetic, compassionate Bank Support Workers to join our Hub team and community outreach. You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them develop life skills and access everyday activities. We value kindness, reliability and teamwork.

A full UK driving licence with business insurance is essential. Full-time hours are 8:30–16:30 or 9:00–17:00.
