About the Role:
Evermore Care is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Coordinator to join our state of the art, luxuriousAstley View Care Home in Chorley on a permanant, full-timebasis. Thisrole is a fantastic opportunity to plan, design, and lead a variety of social and recreational activities that enrich the lives of our elderly residents, ensuring their days are left fulfilled and have meaning.

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities, such as musical sessions, exercise classes, community outings, and themed events.
- Collaborate with local performers and organisations to arrange enriching experiences for residents.
- Hold resident meetings to gather feedback and ideas of what they would like as part of their time living with us.
- Maintain accurate records, update care plans, and manage schedules effectively.Inspire friendships, creativity, and culture tailored to the diverse interests of residents.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care or dementia environment.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- A creative and proactive approach with a passion for making a positive difference.
- A passion for exceptional, fulfilling care and making a difference to the lives of others.
