Student Housing Asset Management Intern

Mapletree invites applications for its Internship Programme to support the asset management team overseeing student housing portfolios. You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of PBSA, including peak leasing, summer turnovers and annual budgeting, with hands-on experience in real estate finance, operations and long-term value creation.

The role offers practical experience across financial reporting, market analysis and cross-functional collaboration with Investment and Finance teams.
