Part-Time Licensing & Customer Support Officer

Northumberland County Council is seeking a proactive Licensing Support Officer to assist the Licensing team in delivering licensing services across Northumberland. You will handle customer enquiries by phone, email, online and in person, process licence applications and maintain records.

The role requires strong numeracy and literacy, effective IT skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a busy environment. This is a part-time, on-site post with good career benefits.
