Responsibilities

• Understand key business drivers and co-develop client approach
• Plan and monitor team progress; manage deliverables across reports and client discussions
• Share knowledge and coach junior members; build internal/external networks
• Identify opportunities to sell additional EY services; participate in business plan initiatives
• Establish yourself as a key client advisor and main client contact
• Gather, verify and analyse information to form views and conclusions
• Prepare and review deliverables (reports, presentations) and client discussions
• Develop multi-disciplinary teams across EY UK and international offices
• Support talent development and upward feedback within the team
• Travel as needed for project delivery and client engagement

Key requirements

• Business Development experience
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Strong commercial or transaction experience, incl. financial due diligence
• Financial services experience across Insurance, Banking & Capital Markets, Asset Management
• Passion for high-quality client service
