Adult Social Worker – Hybrid, Assessments & Care Planning

Community Care Live is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join a Generic Community Service in Liverpool. This role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.

You will conduct assessments, reviews and care planning to promote independence and wellbeing, working with adults, families, carers and partner agencies to manage risk and safeguard vulnerable people. Hybrid working is available. A stable contract and regular supervision are offered.
