Desk-Side IT Support Technician

Ricoh UK is seeking an IT desk-side support specialist to assist the client’s end users with hardware, software and system administration. You will deliver contracted IT support to ensure staff can access shared resources, configure systems, install software, access intranets and the internet, manage documents and perform hardware break-fix and smart hands.

Ideal candidates will solve problems, communicate clearly at all levels, understand user requirements, and make independent decisions.
