What You’ll Be Doing
Known internally as a Valuation Support Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience from the very first interaction.
- Contacting new referrals within agreed service levels.
- Booking valuation appointments with estate agents.
- Managing and prioritising your own workload to ensure urgent cases are actioned promptly.
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers and third parties.
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider Valuation team.
- Contributing towards team targets and service objectives.
This is a fast-paced environment where organisation, attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Has previous customer service or office-based experience.
- Is confident speaking with customers and third parties over the telephone.
- Remains calm and professional when managing competing priorities.
