Repairs Scheduler — Fast-Paced Housing Services (Office-Based)

Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Repairs Scheduler to plan and allocate day-to-day and void repairs from our Blackpool Office. You will coordinate with in-house operatives, contact centre, and contractors to ensure repairs are completed right first time.

The role is office-based, 35 hours per week, with a rota covering 7:30am to 6:00pm. You’ll need excellent customer service, strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing demand in a fast-paced environment.
