Control Room Operator: 24/7 Traffic Response & RRA

National Highways in Potters Bar is seeking a Control Room Operator (including RRA) to join our East region ROC. You will be the first line of support for roadside calls, coordinate responses and ensure road workers can operate safely.

This role involves monitoring CCTV and traffic sensors, liaising with police and emergency services, and keeping road users informed through signs. Shifts are 6 on/3 off, with competitive base salary plus RRA.
