Seasonal Remote Customer Service Assistant – UK, Weekend Shifts

Sous Chef is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Assistant to support customers during the busy Christmas period. This remote-first, UK-based role runs 1 November to 31 December and offers 9am to 5.30pm shifts, including weekends.

You’ll handle orders, queries and returns with a focus on accurate written communication and friendly, helpful service. Experience in ecommerce or premium customer service is useful, but not essential.
