Retail Customer Service & Merchandising Associate

John Lewis & Partners is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service in-store and contribute to first-class shop standards. You will work across the shop, assist customers, use product knowledge to drive sales, and help with stock, till support, and merchandising.

Training will be provided to help you grow with the brand. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on customer experience, loyalty, and retail excellence in our High Wycombe store.
