The Warehouse Supervisor acts as the operational link between the warehouse team, Customer Care and Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and the Warehouse Manager, who will keep goods flowing smoothly while identifying and escalating risks, shortages and discrepancies before they affect customers or the business.

The Warehouse Supervisor acts as the operational link between the warehouse team, Customer Care and Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and the Warehouse Manager, who will keep goods flowing smoothly while identifying and escalating risks, shortages and discrepancies before they affect customers or the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Ensure all incoming stock is received on time, correctly recorded and fully documented.
• Align physical and system stock, investigate discrepancies and prevent losses.
• Confirm that every order leaves with the correct product, quantity and documentation.
• Ensure safe, legal and documented storage and handling of chemicals and hazardous products.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and safety.
• Manage returnable pallets and ensure warehouse equipment is serviceable and used safely.
• Allocate work, manage attendance, coach employees and reinforce accountability.
• Support order fulfilment, deliver accurate reporting and identify efficiency improvements.
