Homes for Students Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Operative for the Compass property in Birmingham. The role is 40 hours per week, 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance and high-quality service to residents and stakeholders.

Experience in property maintenance or related trades is preferred. The role requires a proactive, team-oriented approach with strong organisational and communication skills.
