POP MART, a global leader in trend culture and entertainment, seeks an Assistant Store Manager at Tangram Mall. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the store reflects POP MART’s brand through every customer interaction.

You will coach staff, oversee daily operations, merchandising, inventory and events, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. Requires 2+ years of retail leadership and a passion for collectibles.
