Planning Admin Apprentice: Customer-Focused Support

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an organised administrative officer to support Planning Services. You will handle data input, maintain records, respond to customers and assist in building control, development management, planning policy and land charges processes.

You will contribute to efficient service delivery, generate standard reports, manage correspondence, and provide information to colleagues and the public, ensuring value for money and a positive customer experience.
