Gather & Gather is recruiting a Head Chef in Edinburgh City Centre to take full ownership of the culinary offer, developing fresh concepts that cater to daytime corporate guests and evening social diners. You will work with Front of House leadership to evolve the customer experience and ensure commercial success.

As Head Chef, you will lead a kitchen team, develop menus from concept to delivery, manage budgets and costs, and uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety and hygiene.
